- Customized Itinerary: Kailash Journeys provide free services making tailor made itineraries. We can recommend the best hotels and vehicles according to group size, budget and interest. We spent a lot of time with our guest before they book our trip.
- Hotels: All the hotels provided by us are properly inspected, visited frequently and also stayed overnight before recommending to our guest. If in any situation guests are not satisfied with the hotel – then we do an immediate hotel switch.
- Transportation: We always make sure your vehicle is the latest model, properly inspected & vehicle servicing done in time. If in case of unforeseeable circumstances – we will immediately send our backup vehicle without losing your time and reach your destination safely. All our drivers are experienced and properly trained for such things.
- Reschedule / Refund: Since there are several weather based activities in Nepal and if it is canceled or postponed then we handle the rescheduling of domestic air tickets / activities or refund. This will save you a lot of time since getting a refund on your own takes time.
- Instant Itinerary change If in any case our guest wants to change itinerary – they can easily do it without any hassle or extra service fees.
