5 Star · “It was the most enchanting 10 days and I am so glad to have engaged Kailash Journeys for our holiday in Nepal. From the beginning, Kailash has been very efficient in answering all our enquiries and providing us with all the necessary information prior to our trip….On the day of our arrival, we were picked up promptly at the airport and everything from then on was nothing less than stellar. All our check ins and check outs at the various hotels were seamless and we never had any administration hiccups. Our tour officer Mr Rajkumar Kurung was always checking up on us through phone calls and messages to make sure that we were doing good. He met us the day after our arrival in Kathmandu and on our last day before we departed home to make sure everything was okay and that we had a pleasant time. Customer relations as such is truly commendable. Nepal has been a hugely humbling experience… Nepal has so much heart and hope. I am so thankful to have had this life changing experience. Our whole stay was just perfect with customised itlnerary, best accommodation, food, car and driver who became part of our group. You help us to see all the important places in Nepal, and special thanks for Lumbini the place Lord Buddha born. I wish I will visit again. July 25, 2013 – The tour operator is very good. He himself, his father are gentle and sober people. Their behavior and arrangement was not like a businessman, but they had made all the arrangements for all the yatris with lots of care Their stay arrangement at Kathmandu and all other places was very good. They sent 9 persons including nepali guide for a group of 47 yatris which was very good and all the sherpas including cook were very helpful and caring, especially for the senior citizens. The food quality and other supplies like breakfast were very good. The porter which nepali guides provided were also very caring. What I could know from the other yatris (my son who went in 2012) and the internet that we were very lucky that we got good sherpas and good porters. My impression is that without such good people and arrangement, it is not very easy to complete such difficult and tiring yatra. I congratulate Mr Rajan and his father for making our life achievement feasible and comfortable. The amount which the operator is charging is very reasonable as compared to many operators. I would like to go for another yatra in 2014 through Kailash Journeys Pvt Ltd. At the end I can say that the general opinion of most of the fellow yatris was very good about the operator and his arrangements. The only problem was regarding the toilet in the Tibet/China side, which is beyond the control of the operator. We both (Dr A K Tiwari – 66yrs and Dr Mrs R Tiwar-65 yrs) give ashirvad to Mr Rajan, his father due to whom at this age, we could conveniently and happily fulfill our life long desire.

5 Star · “We were a group of four who visited Nepal in the middle of June 2016 for ten days. Our tour was customised to cover Kathmandu, Pokhara , Jomsom, Muktinath and Chitwan. Rajiv was extremely prompt in getting back with his emails and charted out our Itineary as per our specifications. We were especially pleased with our contact person Raj Kumar who would keep in touch with us from Kathamndu every morning even while we were away in Jomson or other places. Very helpful in rearranging our schedules due to changes in Itineary caused by the weather in Jomsom. A big thanks and appreciation to our driver Lakshman who navigated the steep roads and the traffic with ease. Would definitely recommend Kailash Journeys to others and hope to see you all again.”
