We received our visas on time, and everything proceeded exactly as per the itinerary. As a frequent traveler, I know that mountain regions often have limited supplies of even basic amenities. However, Kailash Journeys ensured we were well taken care of in the best way possible. Our group consisted of about 44 people. While most of us enjoyed a smooth journey, a few members got confused, thinking this was a honeymoon trip instead of a pilgrimage. They created unnecessary drama throughout the trip, demanding "couple rooms," "extra towels", "better bus seats", etc, despite knowing that there were many people travelling with other companies, who had not even got a room because of the weather and unexpected rush. Kailash Journeys always made sure we had got our rooms and food on time. I would still highly recommend Kailash Journeys to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable pilgrimage trip to Kailash. Just a reminder: You’re in the mountains! If you’re expecting a five-star experience, you’ll be disappointed with any agency for that matter. Weather changes can be sudden and unpredictable, so it’s important to be mentally prepared for the journey’s challenges. Parvat Sir, Ramesh, and the rest of the team took care of us to the best of their abilities, making the trip incredibly safe, even for solo female travelers. In July 2025, I completed my Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage with the Kailash Journey Group in Nepal, and the experience was truly remarkable. The staff, including the guides and support team, were exceptionally friendly and supportive. The food provided throughout the journey was delightful and fresh. Indeed, the entire Kailash Journey team was incredibly responsible in every situation and genuinely good hearted. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kathmandu, and it was Kailash Journey Pvt. Ltd. that made our overall trip so beautiful. Even on the Mansarovar Parikrama route, we truly felt the divine presence of Mahadev, thanks to your seamless assistance and excellent services. The way Kailash Journey have looked after each one of us during this 19 days tour is exceptional. I’m part of 73 pilgrims this June / July. Words fail how hard each team members have worked to make it a success. The whole team taken over their jobs and responsibilities so well even in this most difficult and challenging situations- geographically- physically- emotionally and overall throughout the beginning (day 1) till ending. I know this is not a place like New York or Paris. Facilities provided by them in these remote areas is the best and if we can’t appreciate this effort, we are not humans. We recently had the privilege of visiting Kailash Mansarovar organised by Kailash journeys.. There were lots of challenges along the way but Kailash journeys did all they could and even went out of their way at times, to make our visit as comfortable as possible. For e.g Mr. BalKrishna going the extra mile, to bring us tea and snacks, during the longest walk (22km) of the journey. The K.J team accompanying our group, Mr. Raj Kumar in particular, was very helpful and encouraging when things were physically and mentally tough especially when crossing the Dolmala pass which is the toughest part of the journey. Our Tour Officer Mr. Rajkumar Kurung and our guide Mr. Manoj were accommodating and took care of us… Spite of his personal medical emergency and Dasara holidays, Raj Kumar was approachable 24/7 and made our holidays wonderful and most memorable. Team is well aware of do’s and don’ts, local holidays, good day/time to visit all places on time, food centers of tourist choices, contingency plans in case of emergencies, thus I would says whole hearted thanks to Kailash Journeys Pvt Ltd. Would definitely recommend Kailash Journeys and hope you see all soon.
