5 Star · Feb 4, 2015 · Exemplary service. I planned everything online for which Sharmila Tamang needs special mention for always providing focused, clear and extremely prompt response. On arrival we were received at the Airport by Sabin and from there on the complete tour of 8 days went like clockwork with Sabin ensuring that schedule at morning 5 were met and all was in order till we called it a day everyday. They were also quick to respond to any uncontrollable issue and provide a quick and good alternate solution for the same. I would strongly recommend Kailash Journeys and Sabin and his team for planning a customised, budget friendly, trip to Nepal.

Our whole stay was just perfect with customised itlnerary, best accommodation, food, car and driver who became part of our group. You help us to see all the important places in Nepal, and special thanks for Lumbini the place Lord Buddha born. I wish I will visit again. They kept to the itinerary and never missed or ommited a location as proposed by them. Our welfare, comfort, satisfaction and safety was their priority and took us to all destinations on time. The journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara is an experience by itself. Whist the panoramic landscape throughout the seven hours journey was mesmering the condition of the roads , the gradients and the traffic was of great concern to us. Our tour guide cum driver ( Anit Sharma ) was an experienced driver and he drove us safely in this challenging roads. Me and my wife travel to one oversea destination each year and we have covered most of Europe and Asia and the Nepal experience will always be the one to treasure in term of the natural beauty of Nepal, the humble, hard working and polite people and incidentally a professional tour operator. I am obliged to thanks Kailash Journey

Our guide Mr Laxman was very punctual, coming exactly on mentioned time and has good knowledge about places, drove skillfully well through the narrow hill roads . The trip was planned well. When we requested a change in the trip after reaching kathmandu it was accepted and Mr Rajkumar made the changes accordingly. They provided a car along with driver for sight seeings and pickup and drop at hotel. No need of hiring any other vehicle anywhere else.
